90-minute therapy session (in-person or online) for clients who prefer more time to process emotions or engage in deeper therapeutic work.

Empathy and unconditional positive regard are the foundations of this approach. PCT positions you as the expert in your own life and allows you to determine the direction of each session and ensure we are progressing to your own individualized goals.

Integrated Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model (ITATM)

Standardized trauma protocol to access and neutralize the root emotional pain behind early adverse experiences.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

An evidence-based approach for anxiety and depression. Explore thought patterns and shift toward more adaptive beliefs.

Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)

Skill-building for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Supports clients experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, or substance use.

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)

Explore narratives around traumatic events and identify what may be keeping you stuck.

Parts Work (IFS-Informed)

Explore internal parts of self that may feel conflicting, reactive, or wounded. Inner child work and structural dissociation support included.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
