50-minute individual therapy session held in person at our St. Catharines office.

Virtual counselling

50-minute online individual therapy session. Available to clients across Ontario.

Extended Sessions

90-minute therapy session (in-person or online) for clients who prefer more time to process emotions or engage in deeper therapeutic work.
